Background
With more than 16 years of experience in tunnel, structural and geotechnical engineering, I founded ALC Ideas to share practical tools and know-how for underground engineering and engineering automation.
My background includes international tunnel and infrastructure work across Hong Kong, Australia, Singapore, Qatar, South Africa, Indonesia, Hungary and other markets, covering design, numerical modelling, technical review and automation-led engineering workflows.
ALC Ideas brings that experience together in free browser-based tools, technical articles and — in development — manuals, notebooks and courses.
The aim is simple: rigorous, well-documented and practical material that helps engineers work more efficiently without compromising quality.
